NEED TO CANCEL?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you need to cancel, we ask for 72 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel after the 72 hours, we will have to charge an administration fee.

We always want to be able to provide you and your loved ones the best services and care possible at an appointment pace with quality products. In order to provide quality services, we need to occasionally raise our prices to keep everything balance.

FAQ
Credit Card /debit cards: we're implementing a 3.7% surcharge for processing.
Refunds: all refunds will have a restocking fee of 3.7%
Gratuity: We prefer tips in cash, venmo or cash app.
Gift Certificates: May be purchased via phone or in person. We can mail your gift certificate out for you for a small fee.
We accept: Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, AMEX
PREPAYMENT Appointments: We require a prepayment for all nail services via on phone and online to secure your nail appointments.
